We offer three different formats for Old School Sports Day – Old School Hen Games, Old School Stag Games and Old School Team Building Day.

Old School Sports Day Hen Games
Each hen group will be broken into “houses” where you will compete against the others to accumulate the most points for your “house”.
All of the old sports day classics will be on show in this event ranging from the egg and spoon race, bean bag on the head race, sack race and many more child hood classics.
The event will be run as a team competition in which everyone in the team will go once at the selected race with the first team past the finish line the winner.
At the end of all the races the winners will be those who have won the most points for their house.
Included in this at the half time interval is a “Mr and Mrs Quiz” which provides that personal touch for the special day.

Old School Sports Day Stag Games
This event is ideal for those competitive stag groups who want to make things interesting with some competition between friends.
Your group will be broken into “houses” where you will compete against the others to accumulate the most points for your “house”. All of the old sports day classics and some new ones like tug of war will be part of the event.
At the end of all the races the winners will be those who have won the most points for their house.
This event is guaranteed to take you back to your old school days and you bouncing around on space hoppers and laughing your way down the track with a bean bag on your head.
Cheered on by your team mates make sure you’re the champions and not collecting the wooden spoon.

Old School Team Building Day
This event is designed for larger groups looking for a competitive but fun team building event, we start with a few warm ups where people can get limbered up and laughing before breaking the group into “houses” where you will compete against the others to accumulate the most points for your “house”.
All of the sports day classics and some new ones like the giant sausage, caterpillar and giant sacks are available.
This event is guaranteed to take you back to your old school days and you bouncing around on space hoppers and laughing your way down the track with a bean bag on your head. Cheered on by your team mates make sure you’re the champions and not collecting the wooden spoon.
After all races have been run the points will be totted up and the victorious house will be announced.

Old School Sports Day is available in all major towns and cities Nationwide. We organise your Old School Sports Day event from start to finish and provide the venue, all equipment, instructors running the event, Mr and Mrs Quiz (if required) and a free on-line group website to easily manage and view your event.

BOOKING PROCESS
Old School Sports Day is a throwback to your school days! It incorporates some of the old school sports day classics you may remember such as the Egg and Spoon Race, Spacehopper Race and lots more.
Old School Sports Day is available nationwide. We have outdoor venues in set locations across the UK but if you have your own outdoor venue, we can also host a Sports Day event there. To have the event at your own venue, we would need a clear and flat outdoor space of approximately 25m x 25m, ideally either grass, 3G/4G or astro turf surface, access to a power source and parking close to the playing area.
Sports Day is suitable for all abilities and all ages. Hen Party Sports Days are particularly popular as well as Sports Day for Stag Dos. We also host a large number of outdoor team building events and outdoor corporate events, offering Corporate Sports Days and Team Building Sports Days.
Sports Day is popular due to the pure fun and silliness of the games! Not only is it fun, but it is also an activity which everyone can get involved in so there is no waiting around. For Team Building and Corporate Sports Days in particular, it’s perfectly suited to large groups and can really encourage some competitive spirit! Overall, Sports Day is a great option if you have a varied group and you’re looking for something which can suit everyone.
On the day of your Sports Day event, you will meet your event coordinator who will run the event from start to finish. If you haven’t done so already, the event coordinator will put your group into teams and provide you with team bibs so it’s easy to differentiate. Your host will run you and your group through a number of silly games which can include Bean Bag Race, Spacehopper Race, Egg and Spoon Race and many more. Expect lots of fun and laughter as your teammates cheer you on but watch out for cheating! Your host will keep score throughout the session and at the end will announce the winning team!
Old School Sports Day is suitable for minimum group sizes of 8 and upwards although pricing is based on a minimum group size of 10 people paying. The good thing about Sports Day is it can easily be adapted for larger groups so we have hosted events for groups up to 250 and more.
To book a Sports Day event, you simply need to pay a single group deposit then the final balance will be due three weeks before the event date. We provide an online event webpage and make the booking process as simple as possible so you can relax and look forward to the day.
